• 15 mins – Cultural program to welcome delegates, introduce culture, life, and Vietnamese people living in Malaysia (if any)
• 5 mins – Opening speech by the Embassy or Trade Office of Vietnam in Malaysia
• 5 mins – Welcoming speech by the Head of the local management agency or local government (MITI or MATRADE) (to be confirmed)
• 5 mins – Speech by senior Vietnamese leaders (to be confirmed)
• 5 mins – Speech by representatives of retail businesses and/or businesses importing and distributing Vietnamese goods in coordination with the organizer (AEON and/or LS Sales & Marketing Snd. Bhd.)
• 5 mins – Official ribbon-cutting ceremony
• 10 mins – Visit the display area of Vietnamese products for sale and introduction to consumers
